Job Role – Roles and Responsibility - Test (QA)Lead: 8-10 years of experience in Software Testing(QA) which consist of Functional, Automation and Performance Testing(Secondary) Primary Skill: Manual Testing & Automation Secondary : Performance testing & BA Role Technical Skills: - Automation Testing with Java+ Playwright or Java+ Selenium - Automation Framework(BDD Cucumber/Page Object Model/Hybrid Framework ) - Playwright Automation tool - CI/CD Pipeline - Jenkins - Eclipse, Maven, Jenkins, TestNG - GitHub - SQL(basic) - Jmeter (Basic) - JIRA Functional Skills: - Experience Handling QA project which involves Manual and Automation - Quality Assurance Strategy: Develop and maintain a comprehensive QA strategy for - Test Planning: Create detailed test plans, including test objectives, scope, resource requirements, and schedules - E2E Automation Test Management - Test Data Management: Develop strategies for test data creation, management, and maintenance - Metrics and Reporting: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the QA process. - Provide regular reports to stakeholders on test progress, defect trends, and overall product quality Training and Mentorship: Provide training and mentorship to QA team members, helping them develop their skills - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Knowledge of agile (scrum) based software development. - Review requirements for assigned work, identifying gaps, conflicts, and other issues.
