Risk & Compliance Sr. Executive supports the team to in ensuring that both Global Risk Management System (GRMS) standards and statutory requirements are met.

•Strategic Management and Enhancement of Compliance Tools: Strategically oversee the management and continuous enhancement of compliance and Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRMS) tools

•Cross-Functional Coordination and Leadership: Act as the primary strategic liaison across all manufacturing units, fostering seamless coordination and collaboration. Ensure the timely and accurate submission of compliance and risk management reports, promoting a unified and proactive compliance culture throughout the organization

Preparation of MIS Reports: Lead the development, compilation, and preparation of comprehensive Management Information System (MIS) reports. Provide higher management with critical strategic insights into compliance status, risk assessments, and deviations from standards. Utilize these reports to support informed decision-making and drive strategic planning initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

Planning & Scheduling of audits - Coordinate with external auditors and unit teams to ensure the timely completion of audits. This includes planning, scheduling, and facilitating audit processes.

Partnering with Unit - Work closely with unit teams to ensure the timely updating of statutory and GRMS compliances. Provide support and guidance to ensure compliance standards are met.

Trouble Shooting support - Offer support to unit teams and cross-functional teams regarding challenges related to compliance and GRMS tools. This includes remapping users and tasks as needed.

Reporting - Prepare monthly reports and PowerPoint decks for various reviews, summarizing key findings and compliance statuses.

Compliance Certificate Preparation - Collaborate with OMU, CRES, TC, Depots, and closed units teams to prepare compliance certificates, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
