P, India (On-Site)Salary : Fixed + IncentivesSummary:As a recruiting consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing potential job seekers to fulfil the hiring requirements of our corporate clients.Job Description: End-to-End RecruitmentResponsible for handling non-IT requirements for our clientsUnderstanding client requirements and accordingly executing a search plan for identifying potential candidates to fit the client's requirementsResponsible for full cycle recruiting, interviews, offers, negotiations, and closing candidates for assigned requisitionsSourcing from Job Portals(Naukri, Linked In, Shine,etc.)Screening the candidates' resumes and contacting relevant candidates.Strong experience in non-IT hiring for niche skillsMaking job postings on the Job PortalResponsible for the sourcing and hiring of candidates, which includes understanding client requirements & mapping the relevant targets.Candidates should possess a sense of urgency, passion, and drive to ensure alignment with their business and ensure their hiring pools are always on track.Willing to make 50-60 calls a day for sourcing (screening, sourcing & scheduling calls and interviews).Must have strong convincing & follow-up with candidatesShould be able to work under pressure.Requirements:Should have at least 1 year of experience in team handling.Excellent communication skills are a must.Should have experience in recruiting firms or recruiting consultancies.Should have 3+ years of experience in non-IT recruitment.Any GraduatesTeam player with good time-management skills.Must have handled the end-to-end recruitment process in fullHands-on experience on various job websites or job portalsInterested candidates can connect with me at or can apply here.
