We are Prudent Technologies and Consulting, Inc., hiring now: In-house IT Recruiter , 100% onsite from our PIDC Madhapur Hyderabad office.
Work hours: 11- 8 PM IST.
Key skills: Must have atleast 5+ years of exp as an in-house recruiter.
You must be an independent & able to take ownership on the assigned jobs till it covers / closes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to the appropriate job board.- Coordinate several areas of the recruiting process, including scheduling phone interviews and MS Teams- Source and recruit candidates by using various job portals, databases, social media,- Screen candidate's resumes and job applications.- Assess the applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.- Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports.
