Company Overview:

We are a startup in Ideation Stage, building a platform. We want to build recommendation engine like YouTube and Instagram. Our platform will recommend image posts, videos and eCommerce products according to user's interests.

To achieve this, we’re looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer who can develop the Machine Learning models so that we can build our recommendation engine.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement machine learning models

to build the recommendation engine of our platform.Analyze user behavior data

to optimize and improve the accuracy of recommendations.Utilize advanced recommendation algorithms , including collaborative filtering, content-based filtering, and hybrid models, to enhance user engagement.Work closely with data engineers

to ensure the availability, quality, and reliability of the data used for training models.Continuously evaluate model performance

using appropriate metrics and iterate on models to improve recommendation precision and user satisfaction.Stay updated with the latest research and developments

in machine learning and recommendation systems to integrate cutting-edge techniques into our platform.

Key Qualifications

5+ years of experience in machine learning , with a focus on building and deploying recommendation systems.Proficiency in machine learning frameworks

such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.Deep understanding of recommendation algorithms

(e.g., collaborative filtering, content-based filtering, hybrid models).Strong background in data preprocessing , feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.Solid foundation in statistics and data analysis

to drive insights and model improvements.Strong communication skills

to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, backend developers, cloud architects and frontend developers.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
