Senior Consultant Team Leader

Responsibilities
: Acting as Lead BA and manage change management activities within India by facilitating business analysis, development and testing for small change to large scale projects & strategic initiatives Provide technical subject matter expertise on core capabilities & support new clients, fund launches in core systems Requirements management - Planning, elicit, analyze, outline and develop requirements by coordinating with business and technology teams Prepare Business requirement documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria's Formulate and Lead application testing strategies, execute test cases (manual or automated) and review results, troubleshoot defects Lead the projects by taking ownership throughout the lifecycle of the project & implementation To support system upgrades, installs, product releases testing for large and small projects/changes Serve as a Change Advocate; establish trust within the corresponding business teams; gain enthusiasm within the teams Work closely with regional functional managers in various processes / projects to ensuremunication & smooth implementation To establish theernance & ensure all the projects are delivered as per SDLC & Agile Framework Focus on leading and developing people through continuous mentoring / coaching Conducts the full performance management process and work closely with management on staffing decisions Provide regular management reports to stakeholders and management Skills:
24 months as Senior Consultant Overall experience of 10-12 years in transfer agency domain with FIS core applications knowledge and 2-3 years of supervising/managing teams Proven experience as a lead business analyst or testing or similar roles Strong leadership, management and organizational skills are required to develop periodic goals, and manage and motivate team members towards the established goals Demonstrates strong experience in change initiatives, covering areas such as Scrum, Agile, IT and product development; with a track record of aplishment inplex projects and change initiatives Able to provide project management consultation and leadership to peers and others Good analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent interpersonal,munication and presentation skills Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks Strong organizational and time management skills Working with Us:
