Role Description


We are seeking a full-time Residential Psychologist to join our team located in Pune & Mumbai. As a Residential Psychologist at ZORBAWELLNESS AND THERAPY PVT LTD, you will work closely with our professional staff in providing assessments and treatment planning for patients experiencing mental health and substance abuse issues in an inpatient setting. The Residential Psychologist will conduct individual/group therapy sessions, create and manage treatment plans, participate in multidisciplinary meetings, and maintain documentation of the client's clinical progress.


Qualifications


  • MA/MSC in Clinical Psychology
  • Active license to practice in the state of Maharashtra
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years experience working in a residential or inpatient setting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based interventions and treatment modalities for mental health and substance use disorders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based collaborative environment
  • Experience conducting psychological assessments and developing comprehensive treatment plans
  • Experience working with diverse populations and cultures
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under general supervision
  • Must possess strong organizational and time management skills
