Large Account Manager

The ideal candidate will be able to appropriately identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to aid customers in their success using our product. This will be done by developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face.


Responsibilities

  • Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
  • Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
  • Make visits to our customers to identify opportunities for growth within our platform
  • Manage all reporting about the health of customers' accounts
  • Adequate pre-sales or techno-commercial sales experience in a Systems Integrator or OEM Experience in managing Large Enterprise Accounts preferably PSU/BFSI accounts. Good exposure to working on RFPs right from the initial stage to final negotiation and closure is essential.
  • A working relationship with some of the large OEMs in the Security and Datacenter space is preferred An experience in working on large complex solutions would be an advantage.
  • High energy, interpersonal skills, and HUNGER to win The ideal candidate should have experience in the demand generation role of IT solutions.
  • You should have an interest in learning, understanding and positioning technology.
  • Learning includes one provided by the company but also includes a high degree of self-learning and interest in understanding the IT technology landscape and developments in this field.


Qualifications

  • Previous account management experience
  • MBA with a specialization in Marketing or any related field is a plus.
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
  • Willingness and ability to travel
