Senior IT Applications and Cybersecurity Manager.

Experience : 10+ yrs.

Location : Pune (Hybrid).

We are seeking a Senior IT Applications and Cybersecurity Manager, who will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and management of information technology applications and cybersecurity measures within the organization.

This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of both IT applications and cybersecurity principles.

The role will lead teams providing CTB and RTB capabilities and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders in North America and Europe.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead the technology IT strategy and execution for the enterprise.

- Develop and implement strategic plans for IT applications and cybersecurity initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.

- Identify emerging technologies and trends to enhance IT applications and cybersecurity posture.

- Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT applications, including enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), and other business-critical systems.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define specifications, and ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions.

- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements related to IT applications.

- Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and protocols to protect organizational data, systems, and networks.

- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify security threats and vulnerabilities.

- Lead incident response efforts and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to mitigate cybersecurity incidents.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices related to IT applications and cybersecurity.

- Establish and maintain effective governance frameworks for IT applications and cybersecurity management.

- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of IT professionals responsible for applications development, support, and cybersecurity operations.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the IT department.

- Develop and manage budgets for IT applications and cybersecurity initiatives, including capital expenditures and operating expenses.

- Allocate resources effectively to achieve project objectives and meet business requirements.

- To build, configure, and maintain the framework, tools, and systems that enable optimal performance.

Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; master's degree preferred.

- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or equivalent certification preferred.

- Proven experience in IT applications development, implementation, and management.

- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Experience in strategic planning, budget management, and vendor relationship management.
