We are looking for a qualified and proactive Fire & Safety Supervisor/Incharge/Manager to ensure safety compliance and fire risk management within our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the Fire & Safety domain, with some experience specifically in the healthcare sector. An authorized fire safety certificate is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor fire and safety protocols across the facility.
  • Conduct regular fire safety audits, drills, and risk assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with all fire safety laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Manage and maintain fire safety equipment and systems.
  • Train staff on fire safety measures and emergency procedures.
  • Coordinate with external fire safety agencies and emergency responders.
  • Prepare and manage the fire & safety budget within 3.60 Lakh p.a.
  • Maintain records and reports related to fire safety inspections and incidents.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Fire & Safety, with at least some years in the healthcare industry.
  • Must hold a valid authorized Fire Safety Certificate.
  • Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations and emergency response procedures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.
