API Integration Support Specialist Company Overview We are seeking a technically skilled professional to provide comprehensive support for our API integration services. Our company works with existing customers who actively integrate with our APIs and require ongoing technical assistance through our dedicated Slack support channel. Position Summary This role involves providing technical support and guidance to customers integrating with our APIs, with a focus on the Coinflow platform ( The ideal candidate will serve as the primary technical point of contact, helping customers troubleshoot integration issues and providing step-by-step guidance for successful implementation. Key Responsibilities Technical Support Provide real-time technical assistance to customers via Slack channel Analyze and debug API integration issues Offer clear, actionable solutions and implementation guidance Review customer code and provide optimization recommendations Create and maintain troubleshooting documentation Customer Communication Respond promptly to customer inquiries in the Slack support channel Explain complex technical concepts in accessible terms Provide step-by-step implementation guidance Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members when necessary Documentation & Knowledge Management Maintain up-to-date integration guides and FAQs Document common issues and their solutions Contribute to API documentation improvements Create video tutorials and walkthroughs as needed Preferred Skills > Experience with
