Position Summary:
The Amazon Catalog Associate at Hikeon Technologies Pvt Ltd manages and optimizes product listings on Amazon. Key tasks include adding new products, updating content, enhancing listings for SEO, and resolving catalog issues. Strong attention to detail and proficiency with Amazon Seller Central are essential.
Responsibilities:
Analyze Existing Data Processes : Conduct thorough analysis of current data processes, systems, and workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.Business Process Mapping : Collaborate with stakeholders to map out existing and future data processes, documenting key steps, inputs, outputs, and dependencies.Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
Document automated data processes, workflows, and configurations. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on how to utilize and interact with automated data solutions.Data Analysis : Conduct data analysis, including data profiling, validation, and cleansing, to ensure data quality and integrity.Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and streamlining of data workflows, and make recommendations for process improvements.Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with teams across the organization, including IT, operations, and business units, to ensure seamless integration of data processes and alignment with business objectives.Resolve Listing Issues : Address and resolve listing issues on Amazon, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure problems are taken to a logical conclusion.Image Management:
Upload, manage, and optimize product images on Amazon, ensuring compliance with platform standards and enhancing visual appeal.Content Correction : Correct and update product content, ensuring accuracy, optimization for SEO, and compliance with Amazon's guidelines.Review Aggregation:
Collect, analyze, and aggregate customer reviews and feedback to inform product improvements, content updates, and overall strategy.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role, with a focus on data-related projects.Strong knowledge of data analysis techniques, process mapping methodologies, and business process improvement frameworks.Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as SQL, Excel, or other statistical analysis software.Familiarity with data management principles, data governance, and data quality assurance.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends, patterns, and insights.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Experience with project management methodologies and tools is desirable.Join our team at Hikeon Technologies Pvt Ltd and contribute to driving data-driven decision-making and process optimization to propel our business growth.CompensationTBD based on previous CTC and interview performance
