About Growth Buddy We are a UK-based company that matches the finest remote talent with startups based in the UK, Europe and the US. As part of this, we find and interview remote talent worldwide and introduce them to businesses. We work with start-ups and agencies in various segments; some of our current customers specialise in marketing, mental health and fintech. Role type Full-time and fully remote (6.30pm - 4.30am IST) Salary range ₹13 L - ₹17 L per year Who are we looking for We seek a humble, driven, and skilled Paid Social Manager to join our client’s team, a UK-based digital marketing agency. In this client-facing role, you'll be responsible for end-to-end management of multiple client accounts, driving performance through strategic campaign optimization while building strong client relationships. You will focus primarily on serving e Commerce clients across various platforms including, but not limited to, Google, Meta, Tik Tok, and Amazon. Technical requirements 4+ years experience managing monthly budgets of $50 K+ Proficiency in major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Tik Tok Ads, Amazon Advertising) Understanding of feed management and e-commerce consumer behaviour Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager, including troubleshooting Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Click Up, Asana, Basecamp) What you’ll do Manage 5-7 paid media client accounts, communicating effectively with clients Ideate, manage and optimize e-commerce digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, Tik Tok, Amazon) to drive traffic, engagement, sales, and ROAS Develop effective audience targeting strategies within platform limitations Strategically manage client budgets and align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns Demonstrate a deep understanding of clients' business positioning and provide creative recommendations aligned with industry best practices Maintain, troubleshoot, and analyze data insights (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate) to ensure campaigns meet or exceed targets Build insightful reports with actionable insights for clients Expand to new, innovative platforms when relevant Company benefits Freedom to work remotely 28 days of annual leave (including your local public holidays) Health and well-being allowance Annual learning and development allowance Remote work setup allowance We're constantly improving our benefits and would like to understand from our early team members what matters the most to them.
