Astrotalk Store is a leading Direct-to-Consumer (D2 C) brand specializing in bracelets and all things devotional. We are growing our marketplace team and looking for a Marketplace Specialist who can manage the platform end-to-end and drive growth.What You’ll Do:Own and manage end-to-end Amazon operations – Ads, Account Health, Cataloguing, Inventory, and Sales Tracking.Strategise and execute Amazon Ads campaigns to meet revenue and ROI targets.Monitor and maintain account health, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies.Ensure accurate product listings, catalog updates, pricing, and stock availability.Track sales performance and generate actionable insights to achieve targets.Coordinate with external & internal teams for smooth purchase order processing, stock movement, and order fulfillment.What We’re Looking For:1+ years of hands-on experience managing marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc)Strong understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem and performance metrics.Data-driven mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns and operations.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to multitask and deliver in a fast-paced D2 C environment.
