Role Overview:

Arorian is seeking an experienced Windchill Senior Technical Project Manager with 10+ years of experience to lead Windchill implementation projects. This customer-facing role requires a blend of technical expertise and project management skills to deliver high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will ensure successful project outcomes by managing deliverables, engaging with clients, and collaborating effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Project Management:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end Windchill implementation projects for Arorian’s clients.
  • Utilize project management tools (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) to efficiently plan, track, and report project progress.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans for single or multiple projects.
  • Oversee deliverables, costs, schedules, quality, and risk throughout the project lifecycle.

2) Technical Expertise:

  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of Windchill, enabling confident and effective technical discussions with clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including drafting proposals, preparing technical solutions, and estimating efforts.

3) Stakeholder Communication:

  • Capture and document project details comprehensively from both clients and internal teams in the required formats or presentations.
  • Present technical and managerial details effectively, ensuring clarity and alignment with client expectations.
  • Foster strong client relationships through excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

4) Client Engagement:

  • Lead requirement-gathering sessions, status meetings, and solution presentations with customers.
  • Align project deliverables with client business processes and objectives.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and ensure their satisfaction throughout the project.

5) Team Leadership:

  • Lead the Arorian implementation team towards achieving project goals.
  • Encourage collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure adherence to project plans, quality standards, and service agreements.

6) Planning and Execution:

  • Manage projects within predefined budgets while meeting functional, cost, and schedule requirements.
  • Ensure quality execution in alignment with service agreements and statements of work.
  • Identify and mitigate risks proactively to drive project success.
