Your day at NTT DATA The Client Project Manager is a seasoned subject matter expert, responsible for leading and directing concurrent client projects classified as standard or complex. The primary responsibility of the Client Project Manager is to interface with all project stakeholders to take projects from original concept through to final implementation, including handing over to Operations (whether internal to the organization or into the client's support operations).What you'll be doing Skills/Experience (Project Management): · Good Experience of handling large project deliveries and stakeholder management as defined by the needs of the business, including customer, project team, project suppliers and other affected stakeholders. · Should have overall experience of at least 8 to 10 experience of project management. · Typically has experience of owning end to end project delivery over a number of years. Good record of delivering against pre-determined requirements, within cost, schedule, and quality · Should have understanding and experience of Configuration/ Change Management, Governance, Issue and Risk Management, Planning and Scheduling, Communication Management, Stakeholder Management, Supplier Management, Estimating · Should have led a small team comprising of project professionals / resources & managed them. · Experienced in all stages of the project lifecycle, leadership skills to manage stakeholders, customers, and suppliers, specific to project. · Able to deliver benefit to customer satisfaction. Also, able to build long term relationships with customers based on development of a shared vision. This relationship should be based on honesty, trust and good communication. · Will demonstrate a drive to deliver below cost expectations and where possible ahead of time but not at the expense of the contracted deliverable’s quality or end to end financial profile of the project. That can deliver work within agreed time, cost & quality. · Able to demonstrate communication, diplomacy & persuasion skills. · Able to manage internal & external inputs & dependencies and set project direction. · Able to own the project team's estimates within larger project/programme. · Able to identify risks, issues, dependencies & mitigate them. · Identify and manage critical path and milestones, establish strong change control mechanism. · Develop & manage comprehensive project plans, good in documentation & sound hands-on knowledge of project tools like mpp · Able to chair project meetings, involving clients & suppliers also strong leadership skill to manage diversified technical team · Able to participate in post-project reviews and to adopt lessons learned. · Experience in IT Infrastructure & Datacentre projects. Technical: Good understanding of IT & Telecom related product/service implementation (for example Datacentre, SDWAN, Cloud ,Meraki, MPLS, LAN, WAN, Leased Lines, VOIP, etc.) Good understanding of IT & Network products (for example Routers, Switches Firewalls, Security products, servers, Cisco, Avaya, IP Telephony, Video conferencing etc.) Minimum Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering / Computer science or equivalent to work.
