Position: Senior Interior Designer for a well known construction firmLocation: Ernakulam (Cochin), KeralaSalary: 6 LPA+ Performance-based incentivesWorking Hours:- Monday to Friday: 9:15 AM – 5:45 PM- Saturday: 9:15 AM – 1:45 PMAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer with a strong creative vision and practical design execution skills. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects from concept to completion while ensuring design excellence and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:- Develop innovative interior design concepts aligned with client requirements and project goals.- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and presentations using AutoCAD and other design tools.- Collaborate with clients, architects, and vendors to ensure design feasibility and quality standards.- Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, and technologies.- Oversee project timelines, ensuring timely completion within budget.- Conduct site visits and coordinate with execution teams as required.Qualifications & Skills:- Diploma in Interior Design (mandatory).- 8–10 years of proven experience in interior design, preferably in residential or commercial projects.- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D Design & Drafting) and MS Office.- Strong knowledge of current design trends, materials, and color schemes.- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Compensation:- Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month- Incentives: Performance-based incentives offered
