About the Job:

As the Integrator in Structures Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team dedicated to developing structural and system installation conceptual layouts for entire airframes on both new and existing aircraft programs. Your leadership will ensure the successful integration of various engineering disciplines, driving innovation and efficiency in aircraft design and manufacturing processes. This position is based in Bengaluru and requires a high level of technical expertise and coordination.


What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee and guide a team of engineers in the development of structural and system installation layouts for aircraft.
  • Interface closely with stress analysis, systems engineering, interiors, and support functions such as thermodynamics and mass properties to ensure comprehensive design solutions.
  • Conduct preliminary design studies and create detailed layouts using advanced 3D modeling tools.
  • Contribute to impact analysis by evaluating technical, cost, and schedule implications of design decisions.
  • Provide direct support to other engineering and operations departments, facilitating collaboration and project alignment.
  • Manage design changes through all stages of the change management process, maintaining meticulous documentation and communication.
  • Coordinate effectively with external partners to ensure smooth integration and communication.
  • Deliver comprehensive engineering documentation and maintain clear visibility of project status and progress.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the aerospace industry, specifically in structural engineering.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling and familiarity with modern design tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with cross-functional teams, partners, and suppliers.
  • Strong project management skills, capable of managing complex projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
