Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant – Project Management
In this role, you would be primary responsible for supporting and enhancing web application.
Responsibilities
·Very well Versed with SLA's L1 to L3 Support Tickets.
·In depth Understanding of GE Ticketing in Service Now & OneIdm tools.
·Good Communication Skills and can give presentation to Client on regular basis with timely and accurate data.
·Passionate to lead and guide the team.
·Understand company needs to define system specifications
·Lead the planning and design of the structure of a technology solution including Web apps using spring framework with backend language Java & Front End can be HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
·Communicate system requirements to software development teams
·Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods
·Oversee assigned programs (e.g., conduct code review) and provide guidance to team members
·Assist with solving technical problems when they arise
·Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure
·Address technical concerns, ideas, and suggestions
·Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
·B.E./ B.Tech/ MCA or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
·Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Project Manager
·Hands-on experience with software development and system administration
·Understanding of strategic IT solutions
·Excellent communication skills
·Problem-solving aptitude
·Organizational and leadership skills
·BE/MCA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
