This role requiresstrong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced B2B environmentwhile leveraging the latest sales and marketing technologies.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s /Master degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.2–3 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales/marketing operations.Proven experience in lead generation, nurturing, and management, preferably in a B2 environment.Familiarity with the latest sales and marketing technologies (LinkedIn sales navigator, Zoho CRM, Marketing automation platforms.Experience executing email campaigns and leveraging automation tools.Proficiency in identifying and prospecting key decision-makers across industries.Strong discipline in follow-ups and relationship building.Above-average proficiency in MS Excel (macros, pivot tables, lookups, etc.).Excellent business communication skills (verbal and written).Strong team coordination/management capabilities.Functional/Behavioral CompetenciesAnalytical MindsetAttention to DetailTime ManagementCommunication & CollaborationAdaptabilityProactive InitiativeCuriosity & Continuous LearningKey Responsibilities:Planning & AlignmentCollaborate with Solutions Specialists and Marketing teams to align lead generationactivities with overall pipeline objectives.Lead Generation & OutreachGenerate qualified appointments with decision-makers through multiple channels,including email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other B2B lead generation strategies(India & Global markets).Lead ManagementManage the end-to-end lead lifecycle, ensuring accurate data entry, segmentation, andtracking in Zoho CRM.Conduct consistent and structured follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads andconvert them into opportunities.Campaign ExecutionExecute and manage email campaigns using tools like Mautic, HubSpot, or similarplatforms, including automation workflows and A/B testing.Optimization & AnalysisCreate, analyze, and optimize sales processes for more effective and faster leadgeneration.Analyze lead performance metrics to evaluate ROI, identify trends, and recommendimprovements.Reporting & ReviewPrepare and share lead generation reports, pipeline updates, and performance insightswith management.General ExecutionAdapt to a fast-paced environment and manage execution of plans within strictdeadlines.About the Job:Mode of Work – On-siteWorking Hours – 10:00 am – 6:00 pmWorking Days – 5 Days a Week(Ifthere is a requirement, Saturday might also be working)Location – Prabhat Road, PuneContact us:Email Id: Subject Ref: Marketing Team | Inside Sales Executive
