RequirementsBachelor's degree in computer science, or equivalent experience5+ years of managing and leading large global software development teams10+ years of software development experience building scalable client facing applications with AWS5+ years of hands-on experience leading and working in Agile teamsDeep understanding and hands on experience with Python web developmentStrong knowledge of Django (or similar Python frameworks)Experience with modern software development practices such as CI/CD, TDD, and DevOpsExperience in a B2B SaaS/PaaS environmentExperience leading enterprise level development to completionStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work collaboratively with on-site and remote teamsExperience meeting business needs with deliverables under tight deadlines.Familiarity with OWASP

Preferred Experience and SkillsExperience with front-end web development experience, including Typescript, React, NextjsExperience with Kubernetes, Linux / UbuntuExperience with microservices and event-driven architectureDomain experience within the Supply-Chain industry
