Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing & Branding Specialist to lead and execute all branding, marketing, and social media activities for Autumn - A Multidesigner Store . This role blends creativity with strategic thinking to enhance our brand presence, optimize digital engagement, and support sales efforts. You will collaborate with branding agencies and internal teams to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities

Branding & Digital Marketing

  • Oversee the design, development, and upkeep of the company website , ensuring it reflects the brand's vision and values.
  • Plan and implement social media campaigns aimed at brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation .
  • Develop and execute strategies for SEO, SEM, and Google Ads to maximize digital reach and performance.
  • Identify and coordinate brand awareness activities like events, sponsorships, and collaborations.
  • Ensure all digital content aligns with the store’s aesthetics and branding guidelines .
  • Monitor website performance, analysing traffic and search visibility and implement strategies for improvement.
  • Set budgets, define target demographics and monitor campaign effectiveness, preparing regular performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Assist with other branding and marketing-related tasks as required.

Sales Support

  • Interact with store visitors and assist clients with product selection and queries , providing a seamless customer experience.

Social Media Management

  • Coordinate with the team to create engaging and creative content for platforms like Facebook and Instagram.
  • Design and manage marketing collaterals for promotions, events, and campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain social media and festive calendars , ensuring consistent and timely posts.
  • Analyse social media performance metrics , adjusting strategies based on insights and trends.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media tools and techniques to enhance brand presence.
  • Execute digital ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) with regular A/B testing and manage email marketing efforts.
  • Maintain and update the store’s digital asset library , including product images and videos.


Qualifications & Skills

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in digital or social media marketing (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads , and analytics tools.

Skills and Attributes

  • Proficiency in content creation tools and strong writing skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning abilities with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Creative thinker with a flair for generating engaging, on-brand content .
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing data and adjust strategies.
