As a Media Planner at Buzzzworth, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic media plans that deliver impactful results for our clients. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will leverage your expertise in digital media channels and audience targeting to craft integrated marketing strategies that drive engagement, conversions, and revenue growth.


  • Key Responsibilities:


  • Media Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive media strategies that align with client objectives, leveraging a mix of digital channels, including display advertising, social media, search engine marketing (SEM), email marketing, and more.
  • Audience Research and Segmentation: Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation analysis to identify key demographics, behaviors, and interests, informing targeting and messaging strategies.
  • Media Planning and Buying: Plan and execute media buys across digital platforms, negotiating with media vendors to secure optimal placements and rates for ad inventory.
  • Campaign Optimization: Monitor campaign performance in real-time, analyzing key metrics and KPIs to optimize media plans, targeting parameters, and creative assets for maximum ROI.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with account managers, creative teams, and clients to ensure alignment between media strategies and overall marketing objectives.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape developments, providing insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Client Communication: Prepare and present media plans, performance reports, and campaign insights to clients, fostering strong relationships and serving as a trusted advisor on media strategy and execution.
  • Campaign Execution and Management: Oversee the execution of media plans, including trafficking ad creatives, managing budgets, and resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in media planning, preferably within a digital marketing agency or advertising agency environment.
  • Deep understanding of digital media channels, ad formats, targeting options, and optimization tactics.
  • Proficiency in media planning tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DSPs, and third-party ad servers.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of developing successful media strategies and delivering results for clients.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
