Position Overview :


As a Salesforce Test Automation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce platform. Leveraging your expertise in Salesforce Development (SFDC), Test Automation, AcceLQ, and Copado, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing automated test scripts to validate the functionality, performance, and security of our Salesforce applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Developers, Quality Assurance Engineers, and Business Analysts to identify test requirements, develop test plans, and execute test cases. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our Salesforce initiatives while gaining valuable experience in cutting-edge technologies.


Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Test Automation tools such as AcceLQ and Copado.


- Collaborate with Salesforce Developers and Business Analysts to understand application requirements and translate them into comprehensive test plans.


- Execute automated test cases to validate the functionality, performance, and security of Salesforce applications.


- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues encountered during the testing process.


- Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting areas for improvement and potential risks.


- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.


- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in Salesforce Development and Test Automation.


Qualifications :


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.


- 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Development (SFDC) and Test Automation.


- Proficiency in Test Automation tools such as AcceLQ and Copado.


- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including custom objects, workflows, and Apex code.


- Experience with Agile development methodologies.


- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


- Strong communication and collaboration skills.


- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Developer) are a plus.
