Finance Manager

Roles & Responsibility:

• Oversee all aspects of the company's financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial data.
• Maintain the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.
• Implement and maintain accounting systems and procedures.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team.
• Ensure the team's productivity and effectiveness.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Regularly liaise with banks & statutory auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Participate actively in the audit process, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Handle the preparation and filing of returns such as GST, TDS, and other relevant tax returns.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with external consultants for financial advice and support.
• Work closely with the Company Secretary to ensure proper documentation and compliance with legal requirements.
• Develop and implement financial control Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial reporting.
• Regularly review and update SOPs to adapt to changes in the business environment.
• Establish a system for reviewing and approving expenses to control costs.
• Conduct regular reviews to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize spending.
• Generate financial reports and Management Information System (MIS) for the management team.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Effectively communicate financial information to management through presentations.
• Provide recommendations for improvement based on financial analysis.

Experience: 0-3 years (Preferable in manufacturing sector)

Requirements:

• ICAI Certified Chartered Accountant In First Attempt.
• Expert in Excel, Operating various internet based tools.
