Job description

Roles & Responsibility:

* Oversee all aspects of the company's financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial data.

* Maintain the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.

* Implement and maintain accounting systems and procedures.

* Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team.

* Ensure the team's productivity and effectiveness.

* Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

* Regularly liaise with banks & statutory auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

* Participate actively in the audit process, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

* Handle the preparation and filing of returns such as GST, TDS, and other relevant tax returns.

* Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.

* Collaborate with external consultants for financial advice and support.

* Work closely with the Company Secretary to ensure proper documentation and compliance with legal requirements.

* Develop and implement financial control Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial reporting.

* Regularly review and update SOPs to adapt to changes in the business environment.

* Establish a system for reviewing and approving expenses to control costs.

* Conduct regular reviews to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize spending.

* Generate financial reports and Management Information System (MIS) for the management team.

* Analyze financial data to provide insights and support decision-making.

* Effectively communicate financial information to management through presentations.

* Provide recommendations for improvement based on financial analysis.

Experience: 0-3 years (Preferable in manufacturing sector)

Requirements:

* ICAI Certified Chartered Accountant In First Attempt.

* Expert in Excel, Operating various internet based tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
