Role Description

This is a
full-time, on-site role
for a
Sales Engineer (Fresher)
based in
Mumbai
. The role is ideal for
recent engineering graduates
who are eager to build a career in
technical sales and customer support
.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in
    managing customer accounts
    and providing basic technical support.
  • Supporting the team in preparing and delivering
    technical presentations
    .
  • Understanding customer requirements with guidance from senior engineers.
  • Learning to identify and pursue
    sales opportunities
    .
  • Collaborating with the
    engineering team
    to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Engineering, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong
    communication
    and
    customer service
    skills.
  • Basic knowledge of
    sales processes
    ; internship or project experience in sales engineering is a plus.
  • Interest in
    Sales Engineering and Technical Support
    with willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work
    collaboratively
    with engineering and sales teams.
  • Strong
    problem-solving
    and
    analytical
    mindset.
  • Experience in the
    electrical manufacturing industry
    will be an added advantage.
