Inviting applications for the role ofManagement Trainee - Digital Content Specialist

The Digital Content and Documentation Specialist will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing a wide range of promotional and instructional materials. This includes creating engaging video content, developing comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), designing impactful presentations and posters, and generating various other digital assets that effectively communicate our services, products, and internal processes. This role requires a strong blend of creative vision, technical design skills, and an understanding of IT concepts to translate complex information into easily digestible formats.

Key Responsibilities:

Promotional Material Creation: Design and develop high-quality digital and print promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, email templates, and web banners, to support marketing campaigns and business development initiatives.

Video Production (Promotional): Conceptualize, script, shoot, edit, and produce engaging video promotions for TIS/TOS services, case studies, client testimonials, and marketing campaigns. This includes motion graphics, animation, and visual effects where appropriate.

SOP Development: Create clear, concise, and user-friendly Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various IT processes, systems, and tools.

Video SOPs/Tutorials: Transform complex technical procedures into easy-to-follow video SOPs and tutorials, enhancing internal training and knowledge transfer.

Review Presentations: Design and enhance high-impact presentations for internal reviews, client meetings, and stakeholder communications, ensuring visual appeal and clarity of information.

Poster Design: Create visually appealing and informative posters for internal communication, events, and awareness campaigns.

Content Strategy & Planning: Contribute to the planning and execution of content strategies, ensuring consistency in branding, messaging, and visual identity across all materials.

Collaboration: Work closely with IT teams, marketing, sales, and other departments to gather requirements, understand technical information, and ensure content accuracy and relevance.

Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in graphic design, video production, and content creation tools and technologies.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

Experience:relevant years of demonstrable experience in graphic design, video production, and content creation, preferably within an IT services or technology environment.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Expertise in video editing and animation software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).

Experience with presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Keynote).

Familiarity with motion graphics and 2D/3D animation principles.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and engaging content for diverse audiences.

Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently as well as part of a team.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in design, content accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design and video production work is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience with instructional design principles for creating effective SOPs and training materials.

Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) concepts or specific IT domains.
