We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Analyst/Management Trainee- HRO-Mobility Process Responsibilities 1. Team Leadership: - Lead and manage a team of mobility analysts, ensuring operational excellence of the entire life cycle of assignments, from pre-assignment planning to repatriation and relocation assistance - Monitor team's performance and compliance with mobility policies. 2. Mobility Operations: - Manage complex relocation cases and resolve escalations. - Ensure adherence to compliance standards and regulatory requirements. 3. Stakeholder Engagement: - Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to streamline mobility services. - Provide insights on trends and improvements in mobility processes. 4. Process Optimization: - Identify inefficiencies in mobility workflows and implement solutions. - Leverage analytics to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related fields. - Relevant years of experience in mobility operations, with relevant year in leadership. - Advanced knowledge of mobility systems and compliance. - Understanding of Immigration Laws and regulations Preferred Qualifications - Certifications in global mobility management. - Proven experience in process improvement initiatives. - Leadership and analytical skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
