The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.
Job Role
We are seeking a highly creative and motivated individual to join our team as a Graphic Designer &
Marketing Executive for our interior design firm. This role will be instrumental in creating visually
compelling content to promote our brand, services, and projects. The ideal candidate should possess a
blend of graphic design expertise and marketing acumen to effectively communicate our brand message
and attract clients.
Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
Create visually appealing designs for digital and print materials (brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media posts, website graphics, etc.).
Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines for consistency across all marketing collateral.
Produce high-quality imagery, illustrations, and visual elements to enhance marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the design team to brainstorm and execute innovative concepts.
Marketing Strategy:
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services and projects.
Conduct market research to identify trends, target demographics, and competitive landscapes.
Utilize digital marketing channels (social media, email campaigns, and online advertising) to reach potential clients.
Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make improvement recommendations.
Content Creation:
Generate engaging content, including blog posts, to showcase our expertise and projects.
Collaborate closely with the design team to create visually captivating presentations and proposals for client meetings.
Work with photographers and videographers to capture high-quality images and videos of completed projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree / master's degree in marketing or a related field.
0-5 years of experience in the marketing field or related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canvas, and Figma) and other graphic design software.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and digital marketing strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinker with a passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
