As a
Programmatic Campaign Manager , you will be responsible for managing and optimizing programmatic advertising campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to drive effective and efficient media placements to reach target audiences and achieve campaign objectives with proactive communication to teams and clients to meet campaign goals.
Job Description:
Set up
programmatic
campaigns in select DSPs (The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Xandr, Facebook, AdWords, Google Marketing Platform, or any other associated ad serving technology), manage budgets and spend pacing, and optimize performanceDesign and implement strategies to improve performance for clients, supporting recommendations with results dataProactive communication to internal teams and external clients on delivery and performance challenges with strategic recommendations to course-correctImplement and build on best practices for bidding, budget management, ad operations and reportingFinancial planning, forecasting, and optimizing budget allocation across various platforms and channelsUtilize ad verification tools, viewability metrics, and fraud detection techniques to ensure the effectiveness and safety of your campaignsCreate case studies to support best practicesEducate internally and externally on DSP functionality, results and optimizationsSupport the development of POVs to inform clients and agency personnel about changes in RTB and programmatic marketplace technology
Job Role:Problem solver with the ability to develop creative solutionsResults and solutions-orientedYou have a solid understanding of media performance, reporting and analytics with attribution experience a great advantageYou have a deep understanding of programmatic advertising concepts and optimizations, including media buying strategies, such as audience targeting, retargeting, contextual targeting, and geotargetingComfortable with client-facing communicationsComfortable working with multiple timelines and deliverablesComfortable working with large sets of data and numbersComfortable setting expectations and pushing back when needed
Required Skills:
Previous experience in programmatic buying or campaign management with The TradeDesk, Amazon DSP and/or Simpli.fi preferred but not requiredAbility to work proactively, maintain a high level of productivity, and manage multiple prioritiesDeep knowledge of the digital advertising landscape and best practicesExperience in Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, SSP’s, and/or social platforms is a bonusAbility to stay updated with the latest trends, industry news, algorithm changes, and best practicesExposure to A/B testing
