We are hiring Relationship Managers for a field sales role in the insurance sector. The role involves daily customer visits, lead generation through market references, and maintaining strong client relationships. Ideal for candidates who are confident, target-driven, and have excellent communication and networking skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Handle field sales of Term, Health, Life and Motor Insurance products for PolicyBazaar.

* Visit 5-6 customers daily within allotted km radius; travel allowance is provided for each visit.

* Generate leads through open market, customer reference and local networking, around specific percent of leads will be provided by company.

* Conduct regular client meetings to understand their insurance needs and offer suitable solutions.

* Achieve monthly sales targets based on Annualised Premium (ANP) and policy count.

* Use need based selling techniques to ensure clients get the right insurance plan.

* Maximise revenue through upselling and cross selling to the existing customer base.

* Provide post sales service, resolve customer queries, and ensure timely policy issuance.

* Maintain accurate customer database and coordinate regularly for follow-ups.

* Work closely with supervisors for sales forecasting and planning business strategies.

Eligibility Criteria:

* Must have own Bike and valid Driving license

* MBA/PGPM/PGDM is mandatory

* Experience 0-2 years

* Strong communication and networking skills
