We are hiring We are looking for Sr/Jr bench sales recruiters Location : Gachibowli , Hyderabad  Work mode : Onsite Experience : 0-5 yrs Timings : 06:30 PM IST - 03:30 PM IST  Required Candidate Profile: - • Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills • Must have strong knowledge of US Staffing and Bench Sales. • Must have worked mostly with Tier 1/ Prime vendors. • Good knowledge about US tax terms like C2C, W2 &1099, • Knowledge of visa classification Terms, Rules & Policies H1B, OPT, Stem OPT, H4 EAD • Must be a results-oriented self-starter with the ability to meet deadlines. Roles and Responsibilities: - • Submitting consultant's profiles to Prime / Tier 1 Vendors. • Marketing Bench Consultants by posting/submitting their resumes on various job portals. • Coordinating with consultants & understanding their skills, informing about requirements and submitting as per their comfort. • Interacting and Developing Tier 1/Prime vendor network and making sure consultant is placed in minimum turnaround time. • Updating about screenings, interviews with the consultants and management. • Negotiating and taking rate confirmation before submitting consultant's CV to vendors. • Handling post-interview aspects such as follow-up with the vendor for interview feedback If interested please send your resumes at note: refer a senior candidate and get a good amount of bonus. hashtag #hiring hashtag #hiringimmediately  hashtag #benchsalesrecruiters
