With a deep understanding of US IT staffing requirements, Tekraft Solutions has a network of highly qualified consultants skilled in various software technologies including JAVA, .NET, DevOps, Data Management, Business Intelligence Tools, Security, and more.🚀 We're Hiring: US Bench Sales Recruiter | Full-Time Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role focused on managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, with additional emphasis on consultant marketing, vendor coordination.Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruiting cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top IT talentCollaborate with hiring managers and sales teams to understand current and future staffing needsDevelop and execute marketing strategies to promote bench consultants across job boards and networksEngage with third-party vendors and clients to maximize placement opportunitiesConduct technical screenings, behavioral interviews, and mock call sessions to prep candidatesMaintain consistent candidate engagement to ensure strong pipeline and retentionAssist with resume editing, formatting, and profile optimization for market readinessTrack and report on recruitment metrics and market trendsPreferred Skills:Strong experience in bench marketing and vendor managementExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to guide and mentor candidates through the hiring processBonus: Hands-on experience with resume editing, LinkedIn branding, and mock interviewsQualifications3+ years of full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment skills3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting and HiringStrong Recruiting skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyExperience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment softwareFamiliarity with IT software technologies is a plusBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or related field📩 If you or someone you know is a good fit, DM me or send your resume to [hr@tekraftit.com]#USBenchSales #USAITRecruitment #HiringNow #RecruiterJobs #ITStaffing #MockCalls #VendorManagement
