Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Python Developer with a strong background in Python programming, API development, automation tools, and database management. The ideal candidate should be passionate about delivering high-quality solutions, eager to learn, and ready to take on innovative challenges in a collaborative environment.


Mandatory Requirements

Educational Qualification:

  • Any degree (preferably in IT or related fields).

Years of Experience:

  • 4+ years (up to 10 years) of hands-on Python development experience.

Technical Skills:

  • Python Expertise:
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming.
  • Advanced knowledge of libraries like pandas and numpy .
  • Deep understanding of Python design patterns and best practices.
  • API Development:
  • Proficiency in Django and Flask for API development.
  • Expertise in RESTful API standards, authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT), and API documentation tools like Swagger/OpenAPI .
  • Automation & Utility Libraries:
  • Hands-on experience with:
  • pywinauto (Windows application automation).
  • Selenium (browser-based automation).
  • pytesseract (OCR tasks).
  • pyautogui (GUI automation).
  • Database Management:
  • Proficiency in database design and optimization using Postgres , SQL Server , MySQL , or MongoDB .
  • Experience with ORMs such as SQLAlchemy or Django ORM .
  • Code Quality & Optimization:
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks like unittest or pytest .
  • Strong debugging skills using pdb or IDE debuggers.
  • Experience in performance tuning and memory optimization.

Good to Have Skills:

Geolocation Tools:

  • Experience with QGIS , mapping libraries (Folium , Geopandas ), or similar tools.

Screen Automation:

  • Expertise in advanced screen automation workflows.

Unix Shell Scripting:

  • Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments for scripting and automation.

Cloud Integration:

  • Experience with cloud services like AWS , Azure , or Google Cloud .

DevOps & CI/CD:

  • Knowledge of tools like Jenkins , Docker , and Kubernetes .

Industry Exposure:

  • Prior experience working with Ericsson or Nokia OSS systems is a plus.


Skills & Requirements:

Core Skills: Python, Pandas, Numpy, Django, Flask, RESTful APIs, OAuth, JWT, Swagger/OpenAPI, Postgres, SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB.
