About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced
Telecaller
with prior exposure to the IT domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining our services, generating leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets. Candidates from
Lucknow
are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company services and solutions.
  • Generate leads, maintain client databases, and follow up for conversion.
  • Understand client requirements and pass on qualified leads to the business development team.
  • Maintain professional communication and build strong customer relationships.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
  • Handle inbound queries effectively and provide necessary information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
in any stream (Commerce, Arts, Science, or Technology).

  • Minimum
    1 year of telecalling/telesales experience
    , preferably in the
    IT domain
    .
  • Strong communication skills in
    English and Hindi
    .
  • Basic understanding of
    IT services and solutions
    .
  • Ability to handle client objections and provide clear, persuasive responses.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, or related software is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and good at multitasking.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Candidates
    based in Lucknow
    or willing to relocate.
  • Previous experience in IT/Software/Technology industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
