IT Strategy & LeadershipDefine and implement the organization’s overall IT strategy aligned with business goals.Lead digital transformation initiatives and identify opportunities for process automation and technology improvement.Advise senior management on emerging technologies and how they can enhance business performance.Establish IT policies, governance frameworks, and best practices across the organization.2. Infrastructure & Systems ManagementOversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud systems, hardware).Ensure high system availability, performance, and scalability.Manage enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, collaboration tools, etc.) and ensure integration across departments.3. Information Security & ComplianceDevelop and implement robust cybersecurity policies and disaster recovery plans.Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO, SOC 2).Regularly assess and mitigate IT risks, perform vulnerability assessments, and conduct security audits.4. IT Operations & SupportSupervise daily IT operations, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient issue resolution.Oversee helpdesk and technical support functions for internal users.Establish SLAs and monitor performance metrics for IT services.5. Budgeting & Vendor ManagementDevelop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective technology investments.Evaluate, negotiate, and manage relationships with external vendors and technology partners.Oversee procurement of software, hardware, and licenses.6. Team ManagementLead and mentor the IT team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.Identify skill gaps and plan for staff training and professional development.Ensure proper workload distribution and resource allocation within the IT department.7. Innovation & Continuous ImprovementStay abreast of technological advancements to drive innovation and competitive advantage.Evaluate and implement new tools or systems to enhance operational efficiency.Encourage a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and digital literacy across the organization.
