This role is ideal for an experiencedFactory HR / Plant HR Managerwho thrives in fast-paced industrial environments and can balancepeople management, statutory compliance, and operational excellence .You’ll be responsible for overseeingmulti-plant HR operations , drivingemployee engagement , managingindustrial relations (IR) , and ensuring acompliant, productive, and safety-driven work culture .Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Management / Factory HRLeadend-to-end Factory HR operationsfor bothblue-collarandwhite-collaremployees.Managerecruitment, onboarding, and retentionacross all manufacturing units.Driveperformance management ,training & development , andemployee engagementprograms.Ensureaccurate payroll, C&B management , and fullstatutory compliance(PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).Implement best practices inworkforce planning ,HRIS management , andHR process optimization .General Affairs (GA) & AdministrationOverseegeneral administration ,facility management ,transportation ,canteen , andsecurityacross sites.Implement and monitorHealth, Safety & Environment (HSE)standards across all factory locations.Managevendor contracts ,asset maintenance , and ensure smooth plant-level operations.Develop and enforceHR policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworksacross business units.Industrial Relations (IR) & Legal ComplianceHandleindustrial relations ,grievance management , anddisciplinary procedures .Liaise withgovernment authoritiesfor labor law compliance, inspections, and statutory renewals.Ensure adherence toFactories Act, Labour Laws, and Environmental Regulations .Maintain proactive relationships withunions, workers’ representatives , and other stakeholders.Ideal Candidate ProfileBachelor’s degree inHR / Business Administration / Management .HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) preferred.5+ yearsof HR leadership experience inmanufacturing / factory / industrial environments .Strong command oflabour laws ,industrial relations , andstatutory compliance .Proven ability to managemulti-plant operationsand large, diverse workforces.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency inMS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)and HR systems.Based in or willing torelocate to Navi Mumbai .Why Join UsLead theentire HR & General Affairs functionfor a growingpackaging manufacturing network .Drivestrategic HR initiatives ,organizational culture , andemployee development .Work closely withplant heads and leadership teamsto align HR with business growth.Be part of adynamic, people-first, safety-driven workplacethat values innovation and collaboration.
