Position Overview:


The Sales Coordinator will be crucial in supporting our sales team to cultivate and sustain client relationships, driving revenue growth. This remote role demands a proactive, organized professional adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will assist in lead development and nurturing, follow-up communications, contract preparation and dispatch, and maintaining detailed client records.


Key Responsibilities:


• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and foster new client relationships within the digital media sector.

• Lead the generation process by identifying potential clients and initiating first contact.

• Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects, ensuring timely follow-up communications for closure.

• Support the sales team in creating and distributing sales materials and presentations.

• Prepare, send out, and track the status of contracts and proposals.

• Organize and update sales and client records in the company CRM to ensure accuracy and accessibility.

• Coordinate with various departments to meet client requirements, including meetings, proposals, and communications.

• Serve as a liaison between sales executives and clients, ensuring prompt responses to queries and concerns.

• Develop sales strategies and achieve monthly targets.

• Handle administrative tasks related to sales operations, such as scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.

• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and stay updated on new products/services.

• Provide feedback to management on sales processes and product enhancements.


Qualifications:


• Proven experience in lead generation or a sales role for at least three years.

• Comprehensive knowledge of the digital media landscape, including social media, content marketing, and online advertising.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an English proficiency level of C1 or C2.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and independently.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite; familiarity with additional sales platforms is an advantage.

• Ability to work in the US time zone.
