We're seeking an energetic International Sales Coordinator with exceptional business acumen and stellar communication skills. As our International Sales Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of our global sales strategy, nurturing international client relationships, and leading our team to triumph.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive international sales growth and meet revenue targets, leveraging your strong sales prowess and business acumen.
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with international clients, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Oversee the end-to-end order management process with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with international clients, demonstrating cultural sensitivity and proficiency in foreign client communication to navigate diverse business environments successfully.
- Identify new business opportunities and forge partnerships in international markets, leveraging your startup business experience to adapt to evolving market dynamics.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record in B2B sales, with extensive experience in international client management.
- Exceptional sales skills with a consistent track record of surpassing targets.
- Street-smart attitude with the ability to navigate complex business landscapes and make informed decisions.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in foreign client communication and cultural nuances.
- Startup business experience, thriving in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Good negotiation skills.
- Experience in lead generation is preferred.

**Salary**: As Per Industrial Standards
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
