Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented QA Engineer with 3 to 11 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The QA Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing both automated and manual tests to ensure the quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.

- Design and implement automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.

- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

- Identify, document, and track software defects using a bug-tracking system (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and provide testing feedback.

- Participate in design and code reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.

- Ensure that all test-related deliverables are prepared according to QA standards and procedures.

- Continuously improve the QA process to ensure software quality standards are met.

- Mentor junior QA engineers and provide guidance on best practices.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve testing efficiency and coverage.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a QA Engineer with 3 to 11 years in software quality assurance.

- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, QTP, LoadRunner).

- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar for test automation.

- Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong analytical and debugging skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with performance and security testing.

- Knowledge of SQL and experience in database testing.

- Experience in testing cloud-based applications and services.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
