Job Title: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team at Infoplus. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure thorough coverage of all product features and functionalities.
  • Design and implement test cases for new product releases, collaborating with developers and product managers to refine requirements into effective tests.
  • Work closely with developers and product managers to diagnose root causes of test failures and recommend solutions to enhance product stability and performance.
  • Champion best practices and processes for quality assurance, proactively suggesting improvements to testing methodologies and tools.
  • Independently assess complex solutions and design effective testing strategies to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing by mentoring and cross-training junior team members on testing approaches and automated testing techniques.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4+ years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on functional and automation testing.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) with a focus on testing methodologies.
  • Expertise in designing and developing test cases for various functionalities, including both positive and negative test scenarios.
  • Strong foundation in manual testing principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and diagnose root causes of test failures.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, effectively working with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Passion for continuous improvement, actively seeking to enhance testing practices within the team.
  • Strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
