Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key IT contactfor internal stakeholders providing regular updates on ITinitiatives challenges and achievements. Collaborate closely withother business units.

ContinuousImprovement: Continuously assess and improve IToperations processes and practices to increase efficiency and meetevolving business needs.

ServiceDevelopment & Management: Oversee the designdevelopment and delivery ofservices.

Budgeting &Financial Management: Develop and manage thedivisions budget ensuring optimal allocation of resources whiledriving ROI.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the areas of technologyand security devising and implementing mitigationstrategies.

Asset Management: Management of Networks Network Security WirelessInformation Security requirements application delivery and GSuite.

Security Management: Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and incidentreviews. Ownership of vulnerability management and patchingpolicies. Proactively identifies weaknesses and vulnerabilities inthe network infrastructure using security logs network analysis andobservations.

PerformanceManagement: Develop and maintain teams KPIs. Helpteams prioritize efforts and ensure they align with the overalldirection of thecompany.

Monitoring Operations andInfrastructure: Implement monitor evaluate andoperate a wide range of IT infrastructure security managementprocesses policies and procedures. Draft and review comprehensivetechnical specifications manuals and other userdocumentation.
