We are seeking to hire a candidate for a leadership role with P&L responsibilities as the Head of Analytical Development for the Biopharma Division at a Hyderabad-based CRO organization.


Job Profile Purpose

Building high-end analytical, invitro biology, and bioanalysis services for large molecules and managing teams in in-vitro sciences and product characterization with experience in biosimilars or innovative biologics product development/discovery programs. Strong Knowledge required in Lead Characterization Services spanning across Preclinical, Clinical, and Analytical Characterization


Candidate Profile

Desired Skills : Desired Skills: A Ph.D. in Biological Sciences with extensive knowledge of mass spectrometry and biophysical characterization techniques, and over 20 years of experience. The candidate should possess the following attributes:

  • Experience in Bioanalytical and Product Characterization experience with hands on exposure to technologies such as AUC, SEC MALS, CE, CD, MSD.
  • Experience in bioassays and other cell based assays
  •  Extensive scientific background with expertise in various therapeutic targets
  • Preferred to have a track record of publications in international scientific journals and presentations at international scientific conferences.
  • Experienced coach, mentor, problem-solver, people manager, crossfunctional collaborator, personnel recruiter, and well-networked individual within the global pharma industry.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong leadership and teambuilding skills as demonstrated by past experiences
  • P&L management including Budgeting, Cost Control, Contract negotiation, Business Development
  • Experience in overseas Markets would be an added advantage
