Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven SEO Expert to enhance our online presence and drive organic traffic to our website. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, and SEO best practices. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO strategies that align with our business goals, improve search engine rankings, and increase website visibility.


Key Responsibilities

  • SEO Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to business objectives, target audience, and market competition.
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value search terms and trends relevant to our industry.
  • On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, including landing pages, meta tags, and headings, to enhance search engine visibility.
  • Technical SEO: Perform technical audits of the website to identify issues affecting crawlability and indexing; implement necessary fixes.
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-friendly content that engages users and meets search intent.
  • Link Building: Develop and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority and search rankings.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, conversion rates, and SERP rankings.
  • Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors' SEO strategies to identify opportunities for improvement and differentiation.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends in SEO, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript; familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
  • Analytical Tools: Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to optimizing content and monitoring performance metrics.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of PPC advertising and SEM strategies.
  • Experience with A/B testing and multivariate experiments.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms for content distribution.


Educational Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
