About the role
We are looking for a passionate Pricing SKU Management and Governance Analyst that will help manage our pricing operations. The successful candidate will help us in partnering and consulting with our internal business stakeholders with SKU-related matters, CPQ pricing and a variety of pricing operations tasks. This role is an ideal entry point for a career in pricing and training will be provided.
What You Will Be Doing
SKU Management and Governance : The successful candidate will be supervising our master SKU list and product object field values on a regular basis. This includes executing SKU creation, modification and sunsetting processes, as well as participation in meetings with major business stakeholders (i.e. Finance, Products, Sales and Marketing). As part of the responsibilities for this role the candidate will have to understand CPQ pricing and how it is implemented. This will include the keeping records of changes to SKUs and making these changes in CPQ
Pricing operations: Help support continuing pricing operations, including management of the Pricing Help inbox, price changes management, pricing sheet management and supporting pricing project intake (gathering information and creating new pricing projects)
Continuous improvement: help support the continuous improvement of pricing operations by identifying, planning and executing initiatives that will add value to the business and facilitate the team’s work
What You Will Need for this Position
2 – 4 years relevant working experience
BS in Finance, Computer Science, Information Management or Business.
Previous SalesForce experience is a must
Previous experience in maintaining a large SKU portfolio is a strong plus
Knowledge of pricing specific topics within Salesforce CPQ (price tables, price books, product options, packages setup, Dataloader, currency conversion, pricing methods (Range/Block pricing)) is a strong plus
Acute attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proven ability to prioritize effectively among competing tasks
Strong organization skills and ability to work in a methodical way
Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders from multiple areas and levels within the organization
Experience in coordination and governance with a large number of stakeholders
Demonstrated strong working experience with Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
