Job Title: Senior Node.js Developer / LeadExperience: 4–8 YearsLocation: ThaneAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Node.js Developer / Lead with 4–8 years of hands-on experience in backend development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Node.js, API development, and database management , with the ability to design scalable solutions and lead development initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Develop, test, and maintain scalable and high-performance APIs using Node.js.Design and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs for various business needs.Work with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end, QA, and product teams.Ensure best practices in coding, performance, and security are followed.Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.Participate in system architecture discussions and provide technical guidance.Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.Required Skills & Experience:4–8 years of experience in backend development with Node.js .Strong knowledge of API design & development (RESTful / GraphQL).Proficiency in databases – SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).Familiarity with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.Hands-on knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead technical discussions.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Good to Have:Experience in TypeScript .Exposure to frontend technologies (React/Angular) for full-stack understanding.Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (Mocha, Jest, Jasmine).
