Senior Salesforce Developer

As a Senior Salesforce Developer – Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud, you are a client-facing practitioner focused on the technical and functional track, responsible for leading the technology implementation on transformative Salesforce engagements. In this role you will use your analytical and technical skills to provide objective advice and expertise, guiding clients in their Sales, Service and/or Experience transformation journey. You are fully invested in the client’s business context, clearly understand their underlying business process, providing options and recommendations in line with best practices and available technology as part of new solution implementations.  What you’ll do: Design and develop customized front-end solutions within the Salesforce Experience Cloud platform.  Develop front-end based solutions meeting industry standards like security, performance & scalability.  Develop Lightning components, custom pages, and integration solutions. Utilize design tools like Figma/Invision in building custom design solutions.  Integrate Salesforce Experience Cloud with other Salesforce clouds and external systems.  Customize Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, workflows, and validations.  Analyze requirements in the form of user stories and collaborate with technology lead/architect to develop corresponding solution design documentation. Lead the refinement, development, and configuration of complex data models and in-scope business process automation. Collaborate with technical leads to design data migration and integration strategies in line with documented requirements.  Participate in discovery workshops to document high-level functional and non-functional, as well as reporting/data requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional client and engagement teams to execute and deliver high-quality outcomes in line with client objectives. Manage CI/CD process end-to-end for enterprise level CRM solutions.  Reinvest in the practice area by participating in the development of thought leadership and best practices, delivering internal training, and collaborating with sales practitioners in new business pitches and scoping/estimation exercises. What you bring: 7+ years of client-facing consulting/professional services experience. 6+ years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce Sales and Service solutions with an emphasis on Experience Cloud, Data Cloud.  Salesforce certification with in-depth knowledge and experience of Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud capabilities and functionality  Experience in one of the following industries: Health and Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Hospitality & Gaming. Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate outcomes.
