Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field- 8+ years of AR/Collections experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.- Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2 C) processes, AR systems, and controls.- Proficiency with ERP systems (Oracle, Netsuite and High Radius) and collection tools.- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.- Proven track record of reducing past dues and improving collection efficiency.- Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Competency- Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills.- Results-driven with accountability for cash collection targets.- Process-oriented with an eye for continuous improvement.- Strong teamwork and collaboration across cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership & Strategy- Collections Management- Operational Excellence- Client Communication- Reporting & Analytics- Compliance & GovernanceKPI’s- Achievement of monthly/quarterly cash collection targets.- Reduction in DSO and past due % of AR.- Timely resolution of disputes and unapplied cash.- Collector productivity and adherence to daily worklists.- Accuracy and timeliness of collection reporting.
