Key Responsibilities:

  1. Promote and sell new memberships, renewals, upgrades, and additional services (PT, nutrition, corporate packages)
  2. Maintain complete product, pricing, and promotion knowledge
  3. Use our Fitness Consultant planner and sales systems effectively
  4. Drive revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and referral programs
  5. Enter all walk-ins, inquiries, and member details in the GDM software
  6. Make courtesy calls to new members to ensure engagement
  7. Welcome visitors, answer calls, and assist with front desk tasks
  8. Prospect leads via calls, texts, emails, and in-person outreach
  9. Support onboarding and build long-term member relationships
  10. Organize and execute internal and external marketing efforts
  11. Handle member concerns with professionalism and empathy
